Allergies: We try to use to the purest ingredients we can because too many unnatural things isn't a good thing. If you know you are allergic to an ingredient, please DO NOT ORDER. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to health issues. The lip balms contain soy.

You have a right to your privacy and we will never sell, rent, or lend any of your information at anytime. Credit card numbers are unknown to us, as payments are processed through a secure third party. We’ll keep your email in order to notify you of any delays with your order and to let you know when your order is shipped. That’s it.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
We will not share your e-mail address, or any of your contact information, with anyone. We will not sell, rent or lend it to anyone. Period.

All orders are made and filled in the order they are received in the queue. Size does not matter. The only exception is if an ingredient is out of stock at the time of ordering and this rarely happens. The turnaround time is normally two days, with shipping on the third day.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We do. We now ship via First Class Mail International Parcel, up to four pounds, to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, Puerto Rico ,The Russian Federation and the UK.
Return Policy:
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products. The only exception is if the product you receive is nowhere near the description provided.
What is the refund/exchange policy?
We will make exchanges on UNOPENED products,that is never a problem. You are responsible for return postage, though, so keep that in mind. We don't issue refunds or do exchanges on OPENED products.
